303 Fabric/vinyl CONVERTIBLE TOP
CLEANER
303 Fabric/Vinyl convertible
Top Cleaner is specially designed for the fabric convertible topping and
automotive vinyl used in convertible tops, tonneau covers, soft tops and car
bras. It is not a soap or detergent, is not acid or alkaline, and does not
contain petroleum solvents, bleach or abrasives. 303 Top Cleaner works by a
unique “colloidal” action, utilizing a proprietary blend of sequester agents,
surfactants and hyper-wetting agents to lift and suspend oil, grease and dirt
for true cleaning. It is extremely effective and extremely safe. Use on any
surface compatible with water. Leaves no residue like most cleaners.
Directions: Rinse thoroughly to remove loose particulate
solid/debris. While the area to be cleaned is still wet, apply 303 top cleaner
evenly over the entire area. Agitate lightly with a damp soft nylon brush,
terry cloth rag or sponge. Rinse thoroughly with clear water until no foam is
observed. For very difficult soiling (bird droppings, tree sap, oil, food &
beverage stains, mildew, air pollution), after rinsing apply 303 top Cleaner
directly to the area and let stand for 10-20 minutes, then scrub lightly to
loosen the soiling/stain. Again, rinse thoroughly (always rinse before the
surfaces dries).
Note: warmer temperatures,
agitation & longer dwell times aid the cleaning action; in cold climates
(below 55F), allow 303 Top Cleaners to work longer before rinsing.
After Cleaning:
Fabric Tops: To restore
water repellency, soiling & stain resistance, treat with 303 high Tech
Fabric Guard (Not for Vinyl).
Vinyl; Protect vinyl tops,
tonneau covers, soft tops, car bras and clear vinyl windows with 303 Aerospace
Protectant (not for fabric).
Caution: Do not scrape
fabric or vinyl with tools, sand paper, steel wool or cleaners which may cause
permanent damage.
