We ship via Canada Post outside Canada. We have found Canada Post to be fast, secure, dependable, and cost-effective.

Shipping time
All products are shipped within 24 hours; all orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday morning.
You can choose between: Canada Post Expedited. Priority Courier or
Regular. Depending on the speed you would like to receive your package.

Sorry we do not ship to PO Box for Canadian and USA addresses.

Return Policy
All items returned should be in like new condition, and should be returned within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.
Refunds are given, less shipping and handling and are subject to 10% restocking fee. Products returned without authorization will not be accepted.

Free shipping

When free shipping is active it will be shipped with Canada Post Regular for our Canadian customers only. It cannot be combined with any other Special Offer.

Billing Address and Shipping Address should be the same in order to process your shipment.
